This year’s OzAsia Festival is showcasing cutting-edge contemporary art from throughout Asia over 11 days until October 4.
It comprises 41 events encompassing theatre, dance, music, film and visual art, as well as talks, workshops and other activities (full program here). Among this weekend’s shows are performances by Japanese pop music-theatre outfit Miss Revolutionary Idol Berserker (raincoats provided), dance production Play, and an Australian Art Orchestra concert fusing Sichuan melodies with modern jazz improv.
OzAsia also incorporates the Night Noodle Markets in the Adelaide Festival Centre precinct, with food stalls selling Asian street food, bars and live entertainment from 5pm until late on week days and from 12pm on weekends. Go here to find out how you could win a night out on InDaily by sharing your foodie photos from the markets.
This hub will be regularly updated with all InDaily’s OzAsia Festival stories and reviews.
