As someone who has been involved with the ADF or over four decades, I absolutely oppose adding Breaker Morant’s name to the memorial – as does every service person I know.
As was pointed out, at the time, the men who had been there opposed it. Whatever the faults of the trial, he shot prisoners of war. – Mark Sexton
