Not that this affects me but this is great news for people badly in need of a roof over their heads.
I have emailed the government previously about needing more high rise, as they do in other states. A lot of tenants these days don’t need big gardens etc as they did years ago in SAHA houses. A lot aren’t interested in house and garden maintenance.

Once again the smart people who have kept themselves just inside the pension assets test will get full concession while the fools who spent years sacrificing and building their super have it gouged by ever increasing bills. – Bruce Stopp
