Final voting for HIA custom home of the year, chance to win SALIFE subscription pack
Voting for the People’s Choice Award in the HIA-CSR South Australian Housing Awards closes at midnight tonight. For the public, the reward for voting is a chance to win a year’s subscription to all of SALIFE’s publications.

When the 2023 South Australian HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards are announced next month, one award in particular will provide market feedback on the builders’ work.
The People’s Choice Award invites the public to have their say in selecting a favourite 2023 custom-built home project entry from a list of entries curated by the judges.
Additionally, voters have the chance to win an Absolute Best SALIFE subscription package.
Last year’s winning custom-built home by Klemm Homes saw a classic Adelaide sandstone-front give way to a modern architectural masterpiece – a design that resonated with many voters.
The company is once again in the list of ten finalists, together with 4Life Constructions, Adelaide Green Homes, Alan Sheppard Constructions, Barnard Construction, BTF Constructions, Hocking Constructions, MyHomeBuild, Precision Homes and ST Construct.
The South Australian HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards celebrate industry excellence across a range of award categories reflective of the changing industry technologies and market demand.
These include apartments and homes that are GreenSmart sustainable, lightweight, modular or prefabricated and demonstrate innovation and excellence in their builds.
Other awards recognise the contribution of businesses and stand-out individuals who are pushing the boundaries with workmanship, aspirations, and superior business and customer management.
The People’s Choice Award winner will be announced at the awards night on Saturday, 11 November 2023.
The Absolute Best SALIFE subscription package comprises a year’s subscription to SALIFE, SALIFE Gardens & Outdoor Living, SALIFE Food+Wine+Travel, and SALIFE Premium Property.
Voting closes midnight tonight.
