Police say that a truck hit a concrete barrier on the uptrack near the Stirling on ramp just before 2:30am.

The driver was not injured but the crash forced the three outbound freeway lanes to close.

Trucks had to park in a queue before the tunnel but other traffic was later allowed to proceed on one lane under speed restrictions.

The damaged truck was towed away just before 7am but fuel and oil spills meant some speed and lane restrictions remain in place on the downtrack.
