Man dies in Parkside unit fire
Police are continuing to investigate a fatal house fire at Parkside that claimed the life of a 54-year-old man.

Emergency services responded to reports of smoke coming from the window of a unit on Blyth Street just before 4.30pm on Sunday.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze before it could spread to any adjoining homes.
But they were unable to save a male resident who was found deceased inside the premises.
The MFS has estimated damage to the property at $100,000.
