Adelaide company takes on Australia’s growing weight problem

Keto Australia, headquartered in Adelaide, is making waves with its comprehensive line-up of keto ready meals and gummies, all made to simplify and enhance the keto lifestyle for people Australia-wide.
The most recent data indicates two in every three Australian adults are living with overweight or obesity, with that figure rising with age across all genders.
These high numbers contributed to the formation in 2022 of Australia’s national obesity strategy, which acknowledges the difficulty of reversing weight gain once obesity is established and advocates for earlier intervention, including low-calorie diets.
Among these is the ketogenic (keto) diet. While it is used by most people for weight loss, it can also improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes.
However, it can be hard to stick to in the long run when preparing meals at home. This is something the founder of Keto Australia was acutely aware of when she started the company last year.
