Late yesterday the SA, NSW and QLD governments finalised a deal which is expected to allow 400 billion litres of Queensland floodwaters to flow to the Lower Lakes. Opposition leader Isobel Redmond has called for the details of the agreement to be made public. "We are calling on Mike Rann to release details of the agreement he has supposedly reached with New South Wales and Queensland over the floodwaters, " a spokesman for Isobel Redmond said this morning. "We are casting serious doubts on any deal that has been done, if there is a deal at all. "The Liberal Party may be wasting its time looking for a similar endorsement for its candidate from Mike Rann.
